No, you don't actually shave your butthole

Recall the phrase, “Only her hairdresser knows for sure?” Whether you do or you don’t, in this instance maybe your hairdresser does not need to know. Especially since we are talking about different hair than your head.

Malcolm Gallimore, the owner of Hairremovalzone.com, gives expert tips on shaving your booty and avoiding dreaded cuts. His article, “How to Shave Your Butt (Butt Hair Removal Guide),” explains his method.

Gallimore notes, “Shaving your butt hair is now the thing to do. With men, there seems to be a growing trend of them getting hair removal on every part of their body whether it be the armpits, privates, or face. They are even getting more laser hair removal in these private areas. But that form of removing hair can be costly so, people still depend on a GOOD OLE RAZOR.”

He begins with a detailed listing the tools of the job. Depending on how hairy you are down there, you may need an electric body groomer plus assorted razors.  A handheld mirror is key! Also shaving cream or gel, antiseptic cream and baby powder among other items.

A large part of the article focuses on how to shave your butt hair in 10 steps. He gets pretty detailed and even tells how you should position yourself, and the placement and directions of the razor strokes.

An example is Step 6 – Between the Cheeks:

“Now, this is like the hardest part about shaving your butt. Remember that hand mirror I recommended earlier. Well now is the time for it to come in handy. What I like to do, and you can try this too…is lay the mirror on the floor, and I’ll have it facing up toward me. And I’ll squat right on top of the mirror and start shaving. Since this is a new position for me to be shaving in. I’m always going real slow. Slow, gentle, and short strokes. When you squat your butt cheeks spread slightly. This allows you to get in between without having to physically use your hands to spread your butt cheeks.”

He also explains how to shave your perineum, and it’s up to you if you want to shave your taint.

But, do you shave your butthole?

Gallimore responds, “No, you don’t actually shave your butthole. There isn’t much anal hair located on the butthole. It’s mostly skin. It’s like your lips. There’s hair around your lips but not on your lips. This is how your butthole is. When you’re lifting your leg up to shave close to your butthole. You’ll be able to feel it. You’ll be able to know when the butthole is being touched by the razor blade. Since this is the opening to the anal cavity, you wouldn’t want to cut or damage this area.”

There you go, don’t shave your actual butthole, but delicately around it. Feel free to go to town on your ass cheeks, crack and taint. Butt read up first!
