In 2010, Dr. Brian Rzepczynski was interviewed by Ian Bassingthwaighte from Esquire magazine on the concept of “the power bottom.” Although it didn’t make the official magazine, the good doctor still published the questions and his corresponding answers.

Remember that back in 2010, the iPhone was in its infancy, and Grindr was less than a year old. Are his answers still valid in today’s changing world?

There are a lot of questions asked including: What is the difference between a bottom and a power bottom, or how is power bottom defined? What kind of endowments? Is bigger better? Does the power bottom “role” exert more dominance over the top?

There is a lot of meat in his answers. Esquire’s loss is our gain.
