Our custom printed Gifts + Gear are unique and made-to-order. Approximately 95% are created between 2 – 7 business days prior to being shipped. Originality takes a little time to produce and get shipped to you.

Who doesn't love FREE? For custom printed products, Bottom Basics offers FREE standard flat rate shipping in the United States + Puerto Rico for orders over $75.00.

OPTIONS

Based on shipping address, standard flat rate quotes may appear in the cart and upon checkout. For some orders, Bottom Basics may offer faster options. Rates are based on items, destination and delivery time. If we need to split your order due to product availability, production facility or time, your order may arrive in different packages.

STREET ADDRESS

Bottom Basics utilizes a variety of shipping partners. Since FedEx and other carriers are unable to deliver to USPS and Canada Post PO Boxes, for shipping address, please enter a street address. Bottom Basics is unable to assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional re-route shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

IT'S YOUR DUTY

Most Bottom Basics custom printed Gifts + Gear ship from the United States. Product prices are displayed and orders paid in US $. Prices are exclusive of VAT, GST or sales tax. Many countries impose VAT, GST, sales tax, customs duty and/or fees on international product imports. You are responsible for paying these fees prior to or upon delivery. Package deliveries refused due to non-payment of government fees will not be refunded.

SALES TAX

For deliveries to a number of states + DC, state and local sales taxes are collected at the time of purchase. For other states, customers are hereby notified that they may be responsible for paying use tax on purchases.

AMERICAN MILITARY + DIPLOMATIC OVERSEAS

Orders to be shipped to American Military + Diplomatic Overseas addresses may take more fulfillment time and are delivered using US domestic rates. Note that international estimated transit times are utilized, and not necessarily the estimated delivery dates that appear during checkout. Designate APO, FPO or DPO, followed by the two-letter state abbreviation AA, AE or AP. Include the Zip Code.

Bottom Basics guarantees workmanship 100%. If you have received a defective product, please retain the item and within 30 days submit an email to: bottomsup@bottombasics.com. Indicate your order number. Attach a photo(s) of the items in question. We will respond quickly.

Please select carefully. Due to the custom nature of these products, Bottom Basics typically does not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to customer error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
